Reading Raffle

A reading raffle is a fun activity to include in your Read Across America Week Plans. Print this note and send home with your children on Monday. They will add up their minutes they read each night at home then cut and return the next day. Students will be given raffle tickets for minutes read and returning a complete ticket including parent’s initials and minutes read.

Raffle Tickets Includes:
20-30 minutes = 1 ticket
30-40 minutes = 2 tickets
40 minutes or more = 3 tickets
These tickets will be put into a box until Friday when the teacher will draw for prizes that may include Dr. Seuss goodies (check your local Target for some fun ideas).

  1. Gorgeous place, I just went here with someone. The place itself was beautiful and spacious, the seats were comfortable and wide. From where I was sitting at least, the views were great. I think the music at venues in Los Angeles really did a great job of filling up the space.
