Accessing Your Free Nearpod Membership
If you had the opportunity to read my first post about Nearpod, you know how it has transformed my 3rd grade classroom. Being a full time teacher, I know that it can be hard to subscribe and pay for membership programs because of the limited funds. In today’s blog post I wanted to share all the free resources you have access to with the FREE SILVER MEMBERSHIP. There is always the option to upgrade to a Gold or Platinum membership but I wanted to focus on all the freebies you get with the Silver membership because free is always in a teacher’s price range!
I am going to share a list of some of the things you can start doing today with your NEARPOD FREE SILVER MEMBERSHIP.
- Easily convert your own PowerPoints, Google Slides, PDFs and images into a Nearpod digital lesson for your students.
- Add Nearpod interactive activities like polls, quizzes, collaborate and fill in the blanks to your own lessons to make them engaging and meaningful for your class.
- Access to many helpful teacher resources right at your finger tips.
These are just a few things you can do with your free Silver membership and there are many other features that you can unlock if you upgrade to a Gold or Platinum membership like accessing a library of thousands of lessons that are already created for building subject knowledge in reading, math, science and social studies. There are a variety of lessons and units to help build social emotional learning. One of my new favorite areas of lessons that I have recently discovered are the digital learning lessons that help teach my students to be safe and smart while using technology at school and home.
