I’m so excited to be teaming up with TONS of amazing bloggers to bring you Go Noodle Blogger Blitz 2015!
Go Noodle has changed my classroom and I’m thrilled to share with you how I use it as brain breaks and fun for my 2nd graders!
Each and every day we use Go Noodle in our classroom! No matter what age your students are, they need brain breaks. They need to move around and get their brain moving! I always do one Go Noodle break as a transition from reading to writing. I need them to be focused and engaged during our 40 minute writing block and I’ve noticed after a fun Go Noodle activity they are refreshed and ready to write their most creative pieces.
I’m also FOREVER grateful for Go Noodle because here in Arizona we are well over 100 degrees most of our 1st quarter of school. Once we hit the 105 degrees we have heat advisory days and we can’t go outside and play. BOO! Go Noodle’s Indoor Recess mixes are PERFECT! My kids love the mix of all their favorite Go Noodle videos including Kitty High Five, Pop See Ko, Secret Hand Shakes, and Get Loose. All of the above may I say leave me singing as I go home at night. My hubby isn’t thrilled when all I sing is Kitty High Five ALL. NIGHT. LONG. But it’s because I love GO NOODLE!
My students love love LOVE seeing their Go Noodle champ change when we earn 10 points! It’s a fun a motivating site that keeps my kids moving even at home. It’s so cute to hear when parents say their children have Go Noodle Marathons at home on the weekends!
We are so lucky to be teachers in these days where technology is EVERYWHERE and there is something for EVERYTHING in your classroom. I want to thank the brilliant minds of Go Noodle for bringing us fun for our classroom. I can’t wait to see what comes next for our classrooms that use Go Noodle. I wanted to share my love with a giveaway below. Enter to win a set of 30 GO NOODLE TATTOOS below and check out the other amazing teachers who also are doing giveaways on their blogs too!
